Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders worldwide from our fulfillment center in California, USA.

International Orders International orders may incur additional fees, taxes, or customs duties upon arrival. The responsibility for any such charges rests solely with the customer — this includes any import fees even if an order is rejected or abandoned upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase to understand any potential costs. Please also note that all international orders are final sale.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking link and the name of the carrier handling your delivery

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@autumnsonata.co. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t yet shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and iDEAL payments.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm whether it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for US orders. 

What materials are used in your towels?

Our towels are made from 100% cotton.
