1. What payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Ideal payments.
2. When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return conditions have been met, we will confirm the return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
3. Which carrier will deliver my package?
You will receive an update from our shop once your item has been shipped, which will also include the name of the shipping carrier.
4. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently have shipping facilities in Europe and the US, and are happy to offer shipping to customers all over the world. For shipping to the the US, Canada and Mexico, please visit our US website (accessible on the top right hand corner of the website). For shipping within Europe (including the United Kingdom and Scandinavia), Australia, Asia and South America, please visit our EU website (accessible on the top right hand corner of the website).

5. Can my order be gift wrapped?
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper, and come with a post card and catalogue. Orders do not come with a packing slip, which means that items can be gifted. We will offer holiday wrapping in December.
6. What materials are used in the production of my towels? Towels are produced with 100% cotton.
