Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Where We Ship From

We ship all orders from our warehouse in California to serve our customers efficiently.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer standardized rates within the US for fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

As of February 2026, we no longer ship from Europe. All international orders now ship from our US warehouse.

Please note: All international orders are final sale.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Standardized rates apply to the US and EU, with additional charges for other regions.

Customs Duties & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

Please note that import fees apply to all orders, even if rejected or abandoned upon delivery. Any import fees and associated costs will be deducted from refunds. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand potential additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.
